Is the most recent Version 13.0.0 ?

Steam downloaded fm update but crashed with installing the updates.
When i try to start a new game it still say's 13.0.0 That correct ?

Will i need to uninstall then re-install ?

Any help will be muchly appreciated

The game version is 1.3.1.2, database version is 13.0.0

Try restarting steam.
