Laugh off interest!!

Hi mates I've been playing FM for over a decade but I've never been so frustrated applying for jobs like in 2012...

I finished third in the Bundesliga with Greuther Furth after being promoted...yet every job (no matter how small the team is) I apply for I get the same result: laugh off interest!

Any suggestion or am I the only one

Its a bug mate!! What patch are you using? Iv been there before with a World Class reputation & yet sum regen coach is hired ahead of me with a Local reputation & they make fun of me in the media
