Lazio - 3million Euros budget

i am in the first season at Lazio, and i need a DL. at this moment i have Radu and Del Nero, but i'm not satisfied.
also i made transfers like Diogo, Rivas (for free) and Veratti (3 kk - quite expensive i know). I accept suggestions for other rolls too. available budget: 3 kk Euros.

PS: because of the signing of Rivas i cannot buy another non-EU player.

60k mushaga bakenga on a free (compensation fee) for a striker.

atouba on a free for left back is the only thing that springs to mind, you're a bit short on cash for any players better than radu for that position though.

i will try Latovlevici just for one season i think overal he is better than Atouba.
