League 1/2 team to be?

I'm looking for the team to have a good cup run with and are able to have the capability to reach the Prem after a few seasons and the right signings, have a bit of money to make some signings and loan signings. I'm currently using LFC Marshalls recent update. Thanks

sheffield wednesday, they have players capable and deserve to be in the prem need a few signings like rw n lw n maybe a st n a back up lb other than that a great team have have a fair amount of money in 1st season n if promoted they get more and up the mighty owls!
