League 1 budgets?

Hi guys, Im looking to start a game in a minute with a league 1 side and work my way through the leagues.

Any reccomendations on best league 1 teams to manage? Preferably like some money to spend so if anyone has a list (or a knowledge) of teams with the highest budgets then it would be much appreciated!

Huddesfield, Sheffield Wednesday, Charlton and MK Dons are the best on a budget point of view. I think a good challenge would be MK Dons but i think Huddesfield might be the best bet for promotion.
