League 1 FFP wage limit

Im currently in league 1 with hayes and yeading, having finished the season mid table I let a few players go in hope of signing some new players on a free to bolster my squad.

But my wage restriction due to FFP wont allow me to offer anyone over £100 pw. I have money available to me in my transfer and wage budget but the FFP limit wont let me offer anymore. However my limit is only £23k pw, SIGNIFICANTLY lower than every other team in the league.

so im now stuck with 15 players to play the season and no idea of how to get around this.

doe anyone know is there a way to increase the limit? will it increase on its own?

Chances of it happening on its own are extremely low.
Did your club sign any sponsorships at the start of the season ?
If so, you could see a small increase depending on the amount.
Unless, you win titles, dont see the FFP limit being raised. Youth is the way to go around this, which means this will be a long term save, to bring the quality of the club up to a level where your team can earn sponsorships or Sales that hit your FFP limit.
With the whole system of takeovers in the game, i wouldnt be surprised to find you getting taken over IF you manage to end high in the table and compete for the cups.
