League 2 Assistant Manager

Hi guys, iv just started a new save with crewe in league 2 and i dont have a very good assistant manager to start so i was wondering if anyone has any good suggestions? I always like to get my own in at the start of a game

Try looking at the staff search, I usually filter the search by searching, assistant, unemployed. and then look who is near top, look at their stats and see who you think we will do th best for you.
