League 2 free-agents and loan targets

Doing a save with my local team AFC Wimbledon and looking to buy some cheap, preferably even free, good players. As i have quite a low wage budget and transfer budget, I don't have access to the bigger signings. Any thoughts?

Mikael Mandaron, Jordan Jones and George Cooper (all loans) have all been super for me. Padraig Amond has scored quite a few goals aswell and can be picked up very cheap. Alex Brister and Robbie Threfall (both free transfers) have both been very consistent at both full back positions also. Hope you find some of these useful.

First and most important thing is to loan out at least 4 players from top Premiership sides.I have chosen Swansea,because they have great players that could be good additions for your side even in Championship.For League 2 try to loan :
