I'm going to start a league 2 save (unsure who yet). And I'm wondering if anyone has any opinions on the beast leagues to load. I'm going to add leagues in as my scouting range increases but IIRC, only the UK and Ireland are available to scout for a L2 team. Is it worth loading Scottland and Ireland from the start? And anywhere else?

I'm currently managing Barnsley. In the first season I only loaded England as I wasn't able to scout outside of Britain. Now I've been promoted to the Championship my scouting range is anywhere in Europe. Just add them as you go along.
I loaded only England and Holland (down to Jupiter league) with my second nationality as Dutch, quite a few decent L2 standard players on amateur contracts and some decent Dutch staff floating around and they pretty much all speak English!
