League expectations

Does what u say as ur expectations at the start of the season affect who will join you. Coz I'm in the lower leagues and half the players playing for teams on loan in my league won't join me. How can I expect to go up with the bunch of **** that I got lol

I believe incoming transfers use a mix of reputation (theirs and yours), as well as some randomness. Basically, when doing LLM, I just spam the heck out of loan targets and expect a very low success rate.

I can't recall ever thinking that board expectations, or your internal expectations mattering. That would seem awfully exploitable!
