league help!!!

just a quicky really, i was wondering what this new league selection system was?
for example if i started a save in england with i dunno nottingham forest for example in the new game does this mean i can only be offered or apply for jobs with other english teams as was in the old game or can i now be offered foreign jobs and just load the relevant league upon accepting?

if somebody could just clear this up for me that be great!!

You have to add the leagues before being able to manage that particular team. At the moment you can only manage teams in England.
