Leagues with the fewest matches.

Hey guys,
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me some of the leagues around with the fewest number of matches.
I'm after a San Marino style challenge (building the country up through a club's youth system) but would like a league where you don't have to play 40+ games per season, mainly for speed.

australia you play around 28/30 games if i remember rightly, good challange aswell

I picked Iceland as my first ever football manager league to play (new here). They only play 22 league games. Is there any leagues that play as few as this or even less?

edit: Brazil 3rd division has 18 league games (but there's other thing that each team seem to do..about 10-15 extra games) But specifically league games, only 18.
