leaked transfers?

lately whenever i make bids for players i get a message warning me that its been leaked to the press and means other teams might join the bidding. is there anything i can do about it?

i get that some times but often it makes no diff only once or twice has it happend when i got that message and they asking price of a player went up due to other clubs also wanting him

It happens to me constantly and it's such a f-ing pain. I just found Axel Witsel was still at Liege (I'm in 2014) and when I lodged a £10m bid A.C. Milan promptly bid £15m. Like he's going to choose Rushden over Milan. Grrr.

Any way to eliminate or at the very least limit this unbearable nuisance? Solution prompts chocolate chip cookies!
