Leaking Too Many Goals! How Do You Make Defence Better?

Im Doing Well By Scoring Like 3-4 Most Matches But I'm Also Conceding Far Too Many... Drew 6-6 With Tottenham. I'm Man Utd. Anyone Know A Good defensive Tactic?

I have the same problem. I always end up winning games by blowouts (4-1, 5-0) OR I have to win by these margins: 5-4, 4-3, 5-3, etc. It's quite annoying.

When I watch how they score on my defense, their goals always come from a through-ball splitting my 2 CBs or from a cross out wide. It makes my CBs look like idiots. Another problem I've encoutnered is that my team can only score from quick counters. Yet, I have unchecked the "Counter" option in tactics and anything like that.

yeah ive had an 8-4 a 7-3 and a 7-2, i fixed this by making a last 15 minute tactic, at 75 minutses change to deep defending high time wasting and counter atttack, hope i helped

yea that sounds like it could work. its just annoying i was 3 nil up to liverpool and drew 3-3

play wid more defensive tactic or counter tactic
apply a sweeper if u hav in ur team
get two CDMs and playin defensive role other also playin defend duty eg song but deep playamaker eg senna tell sweeper to cover defensive line

get wide midfilders or defensive wingers who support ur FBs on flanks eg gibbs, eboue
apply touchline instruction of get stuck in hassle oppo make sure u dont apply this to quick players else they leave ur man for dead

catch other team on the counter works best wid arsenal
if u think ur heading % low get taller CBs i usually get senderos late on in the game. he can play aweeper as well

read tactical theorems 10 its really very helpful
no goals conceded till now 7 games i hav played
