I'm managing Ajax and im into my 7th season and iI have just realised that Lucas Andersen who has played for Ajax all them 7 seasons can't speak dutch!
Is there any way to get him to learn? If not why hasn't he learned yet? Surely 7 years in Holland is long enough to bother at least a few phrases! lol

Let some player who can speak dutch tutor him. I had a german regen who didin't speak english so i let a english player tutor him. Worked for me
