Does anyone actually use it?
I understand they are just suggestions but if I changed my formation, my instructions before every game according to his advice I lose familiarity of a tactic.
Not to mention if I also follow his in game advice?
It seems to me if he suggests changes they should be more accurate and shouldn't harm how well players know your tactic.
Fm is becoming increasingly more difficult each released to make a working tactic and assistants are supposed to help.
In my opinion they don't and are about as useful as having a director of football.
Has anyone actually experimented and tried taking the advice? Do you ever reach the point where your players fully understand a tactic if you do?
What about opposition instructions or the pre games briefings? Seems like even those finding the new best tactics just leave these off?
