I need help succeeding with Leeds, I have the current team including all loanees (Hall, Tonge, Tate, Thomas) so the up to date real squad.

I'm not going to make any signings or sell any players so please someone help me make, make me or suggest tactics to help me succeed any help would be much appreciated.

I am Leeds and struggled then took a gamble on a tactic called 4-3-3 win in the tactic discussions forum its by kerem. Its a really good counter attack formation and you create loads of ccc's.
