Left back and playmaker problem

Im trying to make xavi pass 100+ passes, but i have a big problem! i play through the middle and my primary/main playmaker is xavi, but my players seems to always pass the ball to my left back abidal/maxwell, whats the problem?
even valdes, i put his distribution to pique, and defender collect, but he always throws the ball to abidal. wtf?

If your want screenshots about team instructions and xavi instructions tell me, then i'll post em' but which site do you recommend i use to upload them?

Have a search around for threads on Barcelona and Xavi passing, there's several, and I remember there being one with exactly this problem described, and someone had a pretty good solution also.
It's to do with the mentality and passing of your full backs, but like I say try some searches, perhaps in the Tactics & Training thread
