Left Back - Wigan

I have started a new game with Wigan and looking for a left back. I have £6M to spend and can blow the lot as I have other positions covered. I am in the 1st transfer window btw. Any suggestions would be great thanks.

I got Julio Cesar on loan. Bid for Clyne to come at the end of the season to allow him to get more first team experience. Thanks for the advice.
