Left Sided Players.

Hey everyone.

My preffered formation is a 4-2-2-2 with 2 DMs and then a AML and AMR.
I'm looking for somebody who can fill my LB and AML problems.
Preferably the LB would be defensive minded and the AML would be capable of filling in at LM if a change of formation was required.
The very top tier players are out of question (Cole,Evra,Clichy,Abidal etc and then Messi,Sneijder,Robben).

I was looking at Bridge or Arbeloa for LB and then Cassano or Simao for AML. Reasonable suggestions? Any other thoughts?

Diego Renan for LB possibly. Yohan Mollo is a good pretty cheap AML too.

Is Demba Ba better than Simao? Sorry I'm in school at the moment on my phone so can't compare them myself.
Also Arbeloa would be a better option than Warnock wouldn't he?

Ba is more of a striker and warnock is a bit better going forward but arbeloa is better in defence.
