Pearson sacked as Oakes takes charge!

Today Nigel Pearson was sacked as manager of Leicester City Football Club because the board did not believe he had the ability to take the club to the next level. Newcomer Daniel Oakes has been placed in charge and this has shocked many fox fans across the country. The board stated that they have full confidence in Oakes' ability and regretted to tell him that there would be no transfer funds available. In his first press conference Daniel Oakes stated that he would be looking to delve into the free transfer market. He also went on to say that he would be using defensive tactics made by fellow manager and friend Max King as he believed it was an underdog tactic and that he could gain some great results by using it. The final thing he went on to say was that his new assistant manager, Tim Flowers would take charge of all the friendly matches in pre-season.

Other News

Leicester City have announced a link with parent club Arsenal. This is a partnership in which Arsenal players will move on loan to Leicester and all the players wages will be paid by Arsenal.

Transfers Update

I am delighted with my transfers in this first transfer window. To gain £450K out of my transfers and bringing in brilliant players such as Merida, Ramsey and Smolarek pleases me to no end. There was one player I failed to capture and that was Daniel Opare from Real Madrid due to him not being granted a work permit in time but I will look to sign him in January.

I am using the newest patch mate

and to get the parent club you go to board room and ask for a parent team and I was lucky to receive a choice between Manchester United, Arsenal and Everton and I chose Arsenal
 
Try and get Charlie Adam and Marlon King.

Adam is quality in CM if you play him as a deep lying play-maker, he gets so much space that way and is allowed to dictate the game.

Marlon King is available on a free on the new patch, I got him for Blackpool and in his first game we beat Notts Forest 2-0 away, I'm Blackpool btw ^^). Good luck.
