Lending players - teams doesn't play games?

Does anyone know how this works?


I currently only PL ​​as active league to get faster gaming. I lend my youth and talent but the temas I lend out to play no games, not that I can see anyway. How does this work with my talent then? Is he playing "in the background" and developing, though I can not see that he is playing? Or do I have to activate a lot of leagues for teams to play matches and my talent be developed? Reason I lend out is to get match training.

There will be simulated games that he "plays" in. AFAIK, it's not as good as sending him to an "active" league, but he will still develop.
