level 6 Tactics

I switched to Ebbsfleet and through the championships and playoffs promotions now in league 1 ..... but with players of level 5/6, so actually too weak for level 3. I have lost all 11 games in series and not chance in this league. The club has no money and I need at least one more season with these players.
is there a tactic that allows me to avoid possible degradation because all the tactics I've used not working
 
I play now with pandora's box 4-3-3-0, we are still the better team but we still lost every game. is there a tactic to keep up in league 1 with a weak team and not have to lose?
