Not sure why he's 'the best player outside the premiership' just because some 'top clubs' are looking at him?

On topic, yeaah, maybe his stats are a bit low, normally play stats can improve.

he's a sick player with alot of potential and is 1 of the best players outside the prem taarabt is the best with his flair and skill but mcgugan has got some skill of his own and his long shots are fantasic. i agree with u his stats are pants. he gets alot better but not prem quality

With my step dad being a Forest supporter and dragging me to games, I agree that FM under-rates him.
But saying he's the best player outside the prem after taarabt might be going on the top a bit
