LFC Marshall-Update for FM 2011

Sorry, just move this, I know it's wrong place but tryna get an answer so better chance here, but im wondering how do i get the summer update working? When I open the file in winrar the file cannot be opened and theres just a white sheet thingy beside it rather than the usual stack of books icon.

once extracted the dbc file your on about..just put that in the editor data folder in your games path i.e...my documents>sports interactive>football manager 2012>editor data and if their isnt an editor data folder..make on
