for some reason, (i've not edited anything, i'm on patch 12.2 and normal database, no customisation) all of the teams in the french league are in short form, ie. PSG instead of Paris Saint Germain & Rennais instead of Stade Rennais? anyone know what this is? cheers!

It's just how it is.

There is the lengthier names for the teams before you face them and such, it's just for league tables and fixture lists.
