Okay,

I have my *** man and scout etc and I am only allowed 3 other staff with one of those being my physio.

So with the other 2 who will be coaches, which would be the most important for a national league north team.

Pick 2 out of the following....

Tactical
Defending
Attacking
Ball Control
Shooting

Thats the wrong approach. Get the best overall coaches you can then spread out each one's training.

For lower leagues/poor teams I think that's the best way to ensure you get decent stars in every category ...
