Little help please!!!

I'm playing Man City but I cant see the up or down arrow when i got my training report monthly in the player profile and it happened for the whole season. I even tried another team with excellent training facilities but also got the same result. It made me frustrated. I want to see how my players are improving. By the way, i got this problem after i received an message error XML error. i posted this once but it seems like nobody cared. Someone helps please so i can continue the game!

In the attribute graph, there are improvements in some points but it doesn't show on the player profile. It made me really irritated. Anyone has the same problem with me?

have you clicked on show attruibte changes?
that could be it

Just click on training then click on players and scroll down your players.The players with no arrows haven't improved or declined that week.You could also click on a individual player,then click attributes and then you can click on any of his attributes like say finishing and the graph will show how he has progressed in that area over the year.
