Little help with the Begining of a new Football manager Save

Well I load up a save with the Recomended leagues, i.e England, Spain, Italy, Germany and Scotland, but when I do this people give me players that they think I should buy but the players are not on my game, What leagues should I choose if i want most of the good players with potential on my game? Thanks a lot.

Currently I have all the leagues from Brazil,Argentina,England,France,Germany,Holland,Ireland(cuz thats where I am from),Italy,Portugal,Russia,Scotland,Spain,Sweden(so I can start in Feb),Turkey and Ukraine,Honestly Id recommend this
Brazil(all leagues)Argentina(all leagues)England(to league 1 or 2) and just the top divisons in France,Spain,ItalyGermany and Potugal.There are alot of qulity players in these leagues.

When you pick all them countries, what is your computer performance/speed? Because when I pick 18 countries I have a computer performance star of 2 and a half and a estimated speed of half a star but the game runs fine.

Also, what database size did you pick?

When i picked the recommended ones i still have 5 stars.

I have computer performance of 5 stars while speed is 3 stars.Also I run a large database.That also helps joey by running a large database you get more players.

I'm in a similar situation but I just make the best of what I've got. I usually play with and fail with Wigan but finding signings good enough for my squad isn't that difficult.

If you're playing with Wigan, I've found a cracking LB.. Akbo who plays for Stuttgart, I play a 5-2-1-2 with WB's and have Akbo and Stam on either side. Currently 18 games in with 25 points, relatively safe at the moment and have beaten Liverpool [4 - 2] and Arsenal [2 - 0] and I'm in the Semi final of the League Cup Vs Chelsea.
