Hello to whoever may be reading, and thank you for taking time out to read my post.

I know Mourinho was heavily criticized for Chelsea's tactics towards the end of last season when they played Liverpool at Anfield. However, i was very inspired by Mourinho's tactics. Has anybody tried to recreate this tactic? Or does anybody know how i can do it? I've tried many times and often find myself behind before i can blink.

Any feedback is welcomed.

I look forward to hearing back from some of you.

Regards.

I didn't watch that game, but I assume it's superdefence style? If so, you want to have great defensive players, that can endure the pressure, and you also need fast wingers that will attack on the counter quickly

Mourinho's most famous trick in defense is super-extra-deep defensive line + 1 DM. Opponent's attack will play minute after minute on your field, but they will lose the ball as soon as they run onto your area. The DM will create some chaos into their attack and so, your defenders will rest for some seconds. Then, click the counter-attack option and have the fastest attackers that you own on the pitch.

Also: your CB's must be set one to cover, and the other to stopper. Marking set to area, not to man.

Have fun!

What a great day that was, Gerrards slip was amazing ;)
