Liverpool 11.3 unorthodox tactic

i've just started a new game with the pool on 11.3 and i'm playing a very unothodox formation of 2-2-3-2-1, so in essence it is 2 centerbacks 2 wingbacks 3 center mids 2 attacking mids and a lone striker,

this is how it looks and my current first team,

but i cannot score at the moment, i never concede and i control the game from start to finish but i can't put away my chances, maybe i'm using Luis S wrong?

but normally i use mereles instead of shelvey

Not sure what you want help with. You need to provide information on how you play, and what the flow of the game looks like.

well my problem is that no one exept gerrard is capable of scoring, suaraz has played in 6 games in the league and not scored, plus 3 games in europe against tiny opponents, we play quick attacking football, and often get into the opposition area and half and play there most of the game but so far we have scored 4 goals in the league.

Try dropping Gerrard back into midfield, and play a 3-1-2 attacking system? (3 MC's, 1 AMC and 2 ST's?). That way you'll get the pace of Suarez, plus the physicality of Carroll up top.
