i have 5mil for transfers who would be the best people to buy im looking preferably to improve the wings but will look into anyone else you recommend. is there anyone you recommend me selling aswell
 
I'd sell Skrtel.
For the wings you can try Ivelin Popov (plays on both wings and he's cheap).
 
Get rid of Maxi and possibly Kuyt.

You'll struggle to find players to improve your squad with just £5 million.

If you sell a few players I'd go for Willian or Douglas Costa. They are very good playmakers but can also play on the wing.
 
I'm Liverpool in my season and i sold Brad Jones (£250k), Fabio Aurelio (£2m) and Maxi (£7m).I didn't buy anyone at the start as i am fairly happy with the team, i am also willing to give Downing and Carroll a chance as i'm not a fan of them IRL, but suprisingly Downing is good... Carroll isn't. I also promoted Jack Robinson and Suso into the first team as backup and to start in cup games :)
