Liverpool Advice - Torres

I need some advice, I have played 22 games this season with Torres up front on his own (currently using JP Woody's Liverpool tactic 4-2-3-1) he is doing ok, 22 apps, 14 goals. But everyone else seems to be having him playing his socks off and scoring way more.
I just wondered what role you would suggest is best for him in this formation.
I have tried him as:
Complete Forward - Attack duty
Advanced Forward - Attack duty
Targetman - Attack duty
While these are relatively successful, he is not being prolific.
Any advice would be helpful.

play torres as complete striker attack, long shots often, cross sometimes.

paired him up with dzeko target man attack same settings for long shot and cross, torres 59 and 64 goals for me in 1st and 2nd season. now in third, 64 goals on april.

14 goals in 22 games and your not happy? No pleasing some people. Get realistic like the game is,its not LMA Manager for gods sake.
