Liverpool Manager Brendan Rogers has got sacked. Rogers was appointed in June 2012 and has failed to get silverware. He was appointed after Kenny Dalglish was also sacked after failing to produce. Liverpool are hoping to bring someone in before the season starts.
Liverpool have announced that rookie Ian Jones will replace Brendan Rogers at Anfield.
It's Jones' first job in management and it will be highly likely that the Liverpool fans wont be very happy.
