Yo guys, I'm in my first season I'm going to be using Veez 4231 tactic, so who do you think I should buy and sell and also which staff should I replace and who with? P.S. 3.8 mil starting budget.
Thanks.

I would sell Glen Johnson, Enrique, Downing and joe cole because they are all on big wages and you have the likes of jack robinson, martin kelly and sterling coming through. The obvious players to sign are Wellington Nem, Adryan and Ademilson who are all good players and have good release clauses. Finally Borini is actually a good player on the game compared to real life and plays well upfront with Suarez

Keep Johnson, Enrique you may want to hold onto for the first season until you have a better transfer budget and can afford to bring someone else in.
Downing, Cole, Pacheco, Doni should all go, may want to let Henderson go too if you can get a decent price for him.

You can also try and sell Reina for 16-20mil then use that to buy Ter Stegen, will want way less wages and is at a similar level and does improve.

Wellington Nem, Adryan and Ademilson you should sign, Nem and Ademilson will get into your first team pretty much right away.
Then depending on how much you get for Downing and that(should be 20+ mil in total) try for someone like Gaitan or Andre Ayew.

Should leave you with a younger cheaper and not much different GK, an already solid back four, Allen/Lucas/Sahin to play CMs with Nem/Suarez/Gerrard plus whoever else you signed sitting behind your ST who will be Borini/Ademilson.

Should be strong enough for you to win the league and Europa with a little good fortune, then next season replace Enrique and bring in another solid CM and you're all set.

You can get £20million+ for Glen Johnson if you do sell and hes on big wages with Martin Kelly more than capable of moving into that RB position, personal preference to sell Enrique as again big wages and you have Jack Robinson a future superstar in your ranks for LB and a short term answer is Neil Taylor, you will struggle to get anything for Henderson so your better off letting him play and see if he does improve. Cavani usually gets placed on the transfer list in late august for around £32 million around the amount you can sell Johnson and Enrique for!

So you sell your two best full backs and replace them with Kelly who although good isn't as good as Johnson and wont be for a few years and Robinson who needs more time before you throw him into the team. You also then end up needing to buy in fullbacks anyway because you don't have any solid cover.
I also don't see the issue with his wages at all, if you're not in a position to be able to afford to pay them then you're doing something very wrong.

Also Cavani although brilliant I wouldn't bother signing, 32mil plus the 150k or so he wants a week in wages. I'd suggest getting Rodrigo if you were going to throw your money into signing another ST, will score more, asks for way less and costs 10mil less

You say about no issues with wages but then say to not buy Cavani for that reason! The whole point in football manager is so you can do it your way so im only giving him other options in what worked for me, I would definetly throw Robinson into the deep end aswell as he is going to be a star and will improve so much quicker with him playing games he isnt going to be losing you any games on his own so is worth playing.

Any staff man? Like will I need a DOF to sell these players?

Your better off selling the key ones yourself so your getting the best deals and its easier for you to control which club they move to as you dont want them all moving to rivals!

Also if you get someone like your director to hire your extra staff for you they always seem to do a pretty good job i expect the other guy will say thats wrong too though!
