I'm sorry but I'd have bitten the hand off for 15m. Downing is decent but is he really a 15m player, or worse, 20m!!!!

The inflated prices of English players is shocking.

If he was playing like he was at Middlesbrough then he maybe, just maybe would have been worth £15 million but since he has joined Aston Villa he has not played as well and he is definitely not work £15 million.
