Liverpool Football Club have today announced they have hired a new manager in Chris Neal a unknown 36 yr old. Neal hasn?t managed such a big club before having managed a Sunday league team. Fans of Liverpool will no doubt be wondering if fsg and Liverpool fc have lost the plot. Neal is a fan of Liverpool and he spoke to the press this morning.

Reporter: do you feel your ambitions for the club are matched by the chairman?

Neal: Absolutely. I have no doubt that the chairman has got the clubs best interests at heart and the fans are fortunate to have such an ambitious mind running things.

Reporter: Do you feel the expectations asked of you this season have been fair and reasonable?

Neal: If the club is really to progress towards the higher reaches of the game, everybody has to be ambitious and am high. That?s what we?re doing at the moment.

Reporter: How do you see your management style?

Neal: I think clubs work best when players feel valued as people as well as footballers.

Reporter: You stand here today unveiled as the new Liverpool Manager. As a big fan of the club, surely this must be a dream come true?

Neal: I can?t stop smiling. This is a beautiful feeling.

Reporter: will you be concentrating primarily on getting good results in the premier division?

Neal: I don?t think it right to prioritise one competition over another at this stage.

Reporter: On the off-chance that any agents read your comments today, is there a particular area of the squad which you are looking to strengthen in the near future?

Neal: I?m not prepared to talk about transfer policy right now, and I?m happy with the squad.

Reporter: You have taken charge when its widely expected that Lucas Leiva will leave the club. Can you hold onto him? Do you want to?

Neal: Ideally, I would like to keep Lucas around but I know that may not be possible.

Reporter: Do you think you?ll be able to qualify for continental competition this year?

Neal: I think this is the next step this club has to take.
