Liverpool first season, default team

i keep having games, but i keep getting stupid loses but winning against bigger teams, i usually play 4-2-2-2, but even that doesn't seem to work. does anyone have a suitable formation and roles for players to suit the default team. am i doing or playing someone wrong? i currently play..

Pepe Reina

Defenders
Glen Johnson, Martin Skrtel, Daniel Agger, Jose Enrique

Midfielders
Dirk Kuyt, Steven Gerrard, Lucas Leiva, Stewart Downing

Strikers
Luis Suarez & Andy Carroll

also, what kind of tempo, passing ect. as everything i set, doesn't seem to suit the players.

I have played with that lineup in 12.1.1 with really good results using à combinatiok of my Topteam and the underdog 442 found in My tacticthread( its à sticky thread ). Have à look in there and post your thoughts about it and I Will tell you more about it there.
