I'm playing online with a friend i'm liverpool and he is tottenham on 11.3 and i dont know what tactic to use and what roles for my players i just played a couple of matches in the Europa League 1-0 away with Stabaek and 3-0 home again with Stabaek so 4-0 aggregate so you cant say my team doesnt perform but im not great at coming up with tactics so i wanna perfect a tactic ill tell you my squad and roles as they are now.

My strategy is rigid,control,more direct,more discliplined,stick to position,zonal marking,press more,float crosses is this good?how can i improve it?
i sold Kuyt,Maxi Rodriguez and N'gog also sent Konchesky to reserves and loaned a couple of hot prospects.
I bought Lukaku as backup for Carroll which didnt score in neither of my matches i set things for him to receive the ball to head and my fb and wingers cross often and aim for him if things continue this way lukaku may become my first choice but i made a mistake he played with anderlecht in Europe so he's ine for european matches so im thinking bringing in on loan 50% wages guiza or grafite i dont know which one to choose so please advice i made an offer for both but im going to withdraw one of the offers.
Also i bought Renato Augusto but im waiting 4 his work permit which is also the reason that im rooting for Guiza to help me as backup in europe.So im thinking deploying Gerrard to box to box to replace Meireles and use Renato as Amc is this a good idea?
Please advice,need help,thanks in advance.
P.S:is this a good formation 4 my team and what about the roles?
Also Guiza or Grafite on loan and should i play with Renato or Meireles this affects Gerrards position and what future transfers should i make these are my main problems ,thanks again for reading.(H)
