Liverpool... In 2nd season & in champions league

I have qualified for the champions league with Liverpool and would like to bolster the squad. Not just to challenge for the premier league, but to be competitive in the champions league. I'm talking LB, RB, CM, AMR, AML, AMC. I have been given an initial budget of ?34M which can be adjusted to ?42M
