Liverpool on first season

Hello there. Got a bit sad when the gerrards and messis of the world gone. So i am starting over. Again, as liverpool.

Just want some tips on who to sign with my weak transfer budget and not alot of wages.

Also ill need a class tactic.

I was thinking about getting,
Valencia - wigan
Sakho - Paris and German
Santon - Inter
Young - Villa
A good striker.

Sell,
Yossi Ben
Lucas
Dossena
Charles Itange
Kuyt
& Most of the reserves and Under 18s ( for money)
