What quality could I get for that?

Areas I'm looking at Winger AMC and RB

Depending on how you plan to do your save, you could either go for foreign players who are good now or could sign a few young englishman? i would personally do the latter.

Wingers

Tom Ince - Good now and only gets better
Ryan Colclough - Alot of potential more of an investment

AMC

Will Hughes - good now, and becomes amazing

RB - You already have Martin Kelly, if not look at Clyne from southampton.

Sign Iancu, can play winger and AMC and he's a machine, Will Hughes if you can get him pretty cheap too.
You have Kelly at RB so I wouldn't bother right away, decent replacements will be expensive.
