I was thinking of making Alcantara's deal permanent in January and maybe get someone in midfield. What do you guys think?

I'd sell Spearing, Pacheco, Brad Jones and Doni.
Also Joe Cole (if you can get any offer)

Buy Ter Stegen and rotate him and Reina. He'll be your future keeper when Reina retires.
You could also try Kyle Walker or Sébastien Corchia for RB.
