Liverpool second season

Hi there, I'm looking for a bit of help with my Liverpool save - managed to finish second in the league in my first season, winning the FA and Carling Cups. Need just one more signing to take my team up to the next level, though.

I have a budget of around 8 million, and need to spend it on something, just not sure what. Can anyone help?

look for back-up for your players, so you have good squad depth or maybe look for potential, such as a young goalkeeper, Right back, Centre Back.
personally i got rid of Doni on a free, he was on to much wages where you can spend that wages elsewhere.

Emre Can from Bayern Munich is cheap, young and should become very good. He could cover both centre back and defensive midfield-which it looks like you need with only Lucas there.

This looks better than me at season 2. Good young backup keeper someone to train up for Reina retiring but could be years and he is never injured.

I did pick up adebyor as cover for only 2.8 m good over but wages are steep.
