hw long will the takeover progress?i cant sign any player now.My fm11 is on april 2011 now.
 
Until both parties have agreed the takeover. If not, it will continue like that.
 
Will the match result or something else change the progress of the takeover?

No. The match result won't change the length but it will change the chances of you being sacked.
Only one thing can change the progress.
The date :P
 
When i was in year 2015 or so in my 1st game (had to reinstall and replaying now) i had a 'take-over' also during my transfer period. At first i thought i was doomed with message popping up they want to get rid of me. Once the takeover was done (took like 1 month in total) they told me they didn't want to lose me because i've done a good job. So you just have to wait it out, nothing else to do.

Wonder if anyone ever got fired in such a situation?

I had a take over in my man utd save in 2014 and the potential new owners said they were going to get rid of me too even though i had won 3 premier titles, 2 fa cups, 1 league cup and 1 champions league. Thought this was a tad harsh. Luckily they kept me on in the end.

This take over took a couple of months between end of May and end of July which screwed me up getting some players i had my eye on
