Hello guys, you may remember me as the creator of the thread:

Southampton FC, a tactical exercise on FM15

Now I have been very interested in lower league management and will soon start a career with Stockport county, however I was thinking to go with something a little different in terms of tactics. Most people use a 4-4-2 in llm, but I want to change that trend. A midfield 3 will always beat a midfield 2, and 3 centre backs tend to do well against two strikers, so I thought I would like to build a three at the back formation with three central midfielders and either wingbacks or wide midfielders depending on the strength of the opposition. Would anybody be interested in helping me create a tactic like this?

P.S. I have identified two very strong players in the Stockport team - Jamie Mulligan and Scott Spencer. Mulligan has 12 passing, which is quite frankly, ridiculous at this level of football, and Spencer has incredible acceleration and pace. I would love to exploit the strength of these two players at this level of football

Im playing as a team in Iceland and i am using 2/3 cb 2 wb three in a flat midfield or 2 cm and an amc and 2 up top

Going steady right now but by no means perfect, i am aiming for the title go i can get that champions league money!
