Hi,

I'm going to start an LLM (Lower League Management) save, and i'd like some tips on how to go about it. I mainly play BPL teams (Liverpool) and mostly look to Youth for success, would that work in LLM?

Tips to help me start out would be much appreciated.

In my experience, having players with good physical stats & good determination are what matters the most in LLM..

Having strikers/wingers with good pace is deadly in LL.

Will be following this thread, in the hopes of getting some usefull advise for my own LLM!:)

what team are you looking to manage. I'm managing club from English level 10 and using Tottenham supreme 4-2-3-1, and i'm doing really good.

It depends how deep you are going to go. If you want to manage amatuer clubs you dont need to look at youth players because you can sign good players in amatuer contracts without any payments to them.
If you going to manage semi-pro or pro clubs then it will be beneficial to look and try to improve as much you can youth status

I'm using Chester. Chester have good CMs, but i'm wanting to go for a simple 4-4-2, with really fast wingers.

well chester is good team and you can go with 4-4-2 but if you want to have some really good result you must make some tweaks to improve your tactic, and you need to improving youth facilities and make some good young players. Also you need to get some good players on loan because your transfer and wage budget will be low

Best tip if you want full LLM experience is to learn everything by yourself. Everything else isn't LLM. At least it's not what it should be. But if you want just to play, not by LLM rules, get your team promoted and win titles as soon as possible, then ignore this comment :D
