Loading a PC save on a MAC

Hi Guys

I've just started playing FM11 and im absolutely hooked.

I started playing on my work PC and now i would like to continue on my Mac at home.

Is there any way to transfer the saved game from my work PC to my home Mac?

All help is greatly appreciated

Use a thumbdrive and transfer the save game file which u shold find in the Football Manager folder
