loading problems

it loads normally untill it gets to the bit were it names the leagues and cups thing eg carling cup etc, then it just goes off, and leaves me at my desktop. And when i try and load fm 11 back up it says 'error, football manager is still running'.

does anyone know how to fix this problem because ive had it with all fm games.

Restart your computer.
I once have this problem with the editor.
I restart my computer and it was fine and working again.
