hey guys, I'm starting a new game, and I want to load most countries players because I like trying to be a national coach and I want a lot of options.

If I load a lot of countries, will this just slow down the initial loading of the game and database, or will this also slow down day by day loadings i.e. when you press continue to advance the day?

The more playable leagues and countries you load, the slower the game will progress because the game has to process all the fixtures and that takes time.

The national teams confuse me. I heard to be able to coach any nation you need to load their players, so by doing that it would slow down the game because that nation has fixtures to play? But wouldn't that country have to play those fixtures in the game anyway?

Those extra fixtures wouldn't slow the game down as much as loading more leagues would it? It's not like they play every week.

Hmmm...you have a point there. I suppose the only way to know for sure is just to go for it.

Personally I haven't noticed any difference in loading times when loading players from nations, but loading more leagues definately slows loading times.

The game only fully processes the results of loaded leagues. It's a good idea to load lots of leagues if you're managing a smaller nation though to maximise the chances of your players playing competitive football and getting good training facilities for the mto progress.

I was playing around with it and loading more countries slows down the initial loading, but I couldn't tell with day to day loading.

I had a problem though, I loaded chinese players, and when I went to choose a job, their nation wasn't on the list of teams...neither was the Dominican Republic???
